This study aimed to verify the impact of servant leadership on innovative behaviour in non-governmental organisations (NGOs). It particularly investigated role a mediator for self-efficacy relationship between and behaviour. defined organisational psychology-behaviour mechanism non-profit by verifying moderated mediating effect vocational calling leadership, self-efficacy, The 174 pilot samples used this comprised community service participants NGOs. analysis verified hypothesis set through causal correlations among four variables using regression PROCESS macro developed Hayes. Vocational played moderating had conditional self-efficacy. Meanwhile, fully mediated Based verification psychology-action, sought ways develop organisation NGOs improve working environment.
